At the three locations of Smörgås Chef in New York, the Lingonberry Soda ($3.50) is made in-house. Nothing earth shattering, but a highly satisfying drink, fizzy sparkling water coupled with a shot of lingonberry syrup and the handful of the fruit itself—little tart berries that popin your mouth. A worthy addition to the line-up of housemade sodas in New York Magazine this week.
