We'll be honest: at Serious Eats, we've always been a little wary of what we'll call cupcake mania. Simply put, there are a lot of foods we're more interested in. Of course, we've had cupcakes on the mind lately, and a silly fad didn't stop us from finding the best cupcakes in New York—but we're curious just how much you guys like the little critters.
