You can pass on dessert at La Lucha, the latest taco joint to grace the East Village. Come for the tacos, made on tortillas from Tortilleria Nixtama in Queens, but better to end on those tacos than with the Tres Leches Cake ($3.50). It's cheap for a big slice, but very wet and sugary. It's hard to find an memorable tres leches cake in this city of ours. Carey wrote up a good one at Hecho en Dumbo last week; do you know of others?
