Some people come home from vacations loaded down with clothes, or housewares, or other souvenirs. Me? I bring an extra suitcase for the food. Just back from a week in Argentina, I'm unpacking my stash: alfajores, a few jars of dulce de leche, bags of mate tea, bon o bon candies, dulce de leche Oreos. (Plus quite a few bottles of wine.)

I'm sure in the Serious Eats world, I'm not the only one who schedules time in my itinerary for a stop at the grocery store. Are you a food souvenir person? And what's the best thing you've ever brought back?
