Ross Hutchison makes Bacon Marmalade out of his apartment kitchen in Brooklyn's Greenpoint neighborhood.

Bacon Marmalade?!? Yes. It was born of a cooking mistake. Hutchison burned some bacon and wanted to salvage it. He added sugar and vinegar to it, blended it, and voilĂ ! After the jump, Food Curated's Liza De Guia captures Hutchison's story and process.
