Three Tarts in Chelsea is best known for their excellent housemade marshmallows, so it should come as no surprise that they're churning out the most adorable Peeps for the Easter holiday. Peeps are sold by the duo for $2.50, one dusted in a soft pink sugar, another in yellow. Cuteness!
