Not one of Panya's best sweets (that would be their Strawberry Shortcake and Salted Chocolate Tart), the Green Tea Tiramisu ($3.75) falls somewhere between decent and forgettable. A bottom wrap of vanilla sponge cake holds a center of matcha mousse, gelatinous and wobbly, when it should have been creamy. Kudos for keeping it light, though it was quite possibly the most boring dessert I've had all week. It's always a hit or miss at Panya. The hits are awesome and the misses are, well, sort of sad.
