Ross Hutchison makes Bacon Marmalade out of his apartment kitchen in Brooklyn's Greenpoint neighborhood.

Bacon Marmalade?!? Yes. It was born of a cooking mistake. Hutchison burned some bacon and wanted to salvage it. He added sugar and vinegar to it, blended it, and voilà! After the jump, Food Curated's Liza De Guia captures Hutchison's story and process.
