A Sandwich a Day: Pig's Ass Sandwich from Caselulla
In this great city of ours, one could eat a different sandwich every day of the year—so that's what we'll do. Here's A Sandwich a Day, our daily look at sandwiches around New York. Got a sandwich we should check out? Let us know. —The Mgmt.

The Pig's Ass Sandwich ($12) from Caselulla is neither porky as or, well, bottom-augmenting as the name might have one believe. Dial up the cheese on a Cuban—this is a cheese bar, after all—and you'll get an idea. Thin shavings of Fiscalini Cheddar, nutty Fol Epi, and, er, pig's ass, with house-made bread and butter pickles whose bright crunch lightens each bite.
