Dickson's Farmstand Meats in Chelsea Market gets their beef, pork, lamb, and poultry from small local farms that raise animals naturally: no hormones or antibiotics, and fed 100% vegetarian diets. In the latest video by documentarian Liza de Guia of Food Curated, owner Jake Dickson takes us around his meat shop and gives us a look at how the whole animals are butchered. Aside from being a proponent of small, sustainable, local farms, he aims to educate customers on less popular cuts of meat and is happy to give recommendations. Watch the video after the jump.
