Amidst the fairy wings, "princess sparkles," and little girl tea parties, you will find some tasty sweet and savory bites at Alice's Teacup. Many of these treats are made by Yossy Arefi-Afshar, of Alice's Teacup "Chapter III." One of her most recent creations is the peanut butter and jelly bar ($3.00), which is the perfect way to satiate a craving of traditional PB&J. Made with the Alice's Teacup peanut butter cookie dough, it's smeared with strawberry or raspberry jam, topped with more crumbled cookie dough, and then adorned with roasted peanuts. After a trip to the oven, the results are moist, salty, sweet, crunchy—and seriously delicious.
