There's always Clinton Street Baking Co.: if blueberry doesn't do it for you, today's special is brown sugar pecan with cinnamon and maple butter. Nick Solares might point you to Pershing Square, which he claims serves the best pancakes in Midtown. Ed called Locanda Verde's lemon ricotta pancakes "cloud-light and mega-tender." And some of the best pancakes I've had this year were at Mimi's Hummus (pictured above)—though, alas, they're only available on weekends.
