Light, almost foamy, and more bitter than sweet, the Matcha Pudding ($3) at Ennju, a Japanese take-out spot comparable to Cafe Zaiya, is oddly intriguing. A dollop of azuki bean paste, and it's clear—this is a nice break from the standard sugar overload of my life!
