We have to agree with Robert Sietsema's assessment of this cookie he spotted at Sweet Heart Coffee Shop in the West Village: "I can't think of a better example of the today's wild improvisatory style of cooking gone astray... Now that I think of it, the cookie looks like the battered face of a prize fighter."
