More than three million Cablevision subscribers in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut have been without the Food Network for the last three weeks, as parent company Scripps Networks and the cable provider battled over distribution fees. But the two companies announced yesterday that they'd reached an agreement, and the Food Network (plus HGTV) are back on the air.
