Some great news for New Yorkers: Veteran cookbook author and former SE contributor Dorie Greenspan will be baking for you. She and her son Josh will open a pop-up bakery called Cookie Bar from February 8-13, 11:00 a.m. on, in the Mizu salon on Park Avenue—hey, don't ask us—with tentative plans for a permanent downtown store later this year.
Per The Feed, expect the following:
Sablé, chocolate chip, World Peace, molasses spice, coconut-lime, espresso shortbread chocolate chip, peanut butter crisscross, and Chocolate Chunkers (salted cashews, dried cherries, bittersweet and unsweetened chocolates)... [plus] coconut puffs, caramel curls, and nut crackles.
