Remember the gingerbread from Two Little Red Hens? If you were a fan of that, then make sure to add their Ginger Cupcake ($2.75) onto your list of holiday sweets. The same gingerbread base is featured in the cupcake, which gets a sticky moist exterior and tender, aggressively spiced crumbs. Cream cheese frosting to finish—smooth and velvety, tasting more of cream cheese than sugar, and topped with bits of caramelized ginger. I'm starting to think that there is nothing I don't love from this bakery.
