Banh Mi might be the draw at this much loved Vietnamese sandwich shop, but don't leave without a cup of the Rainbow Drink (Che Ba Mau) for a mere $2.75. Suitable for breakfast, dessert, or a snack, the Che combines a trio of jellies in various shades of green and white, layered with cooked and sweetened beans. It's an unusual combo if you didn't grow up eating such treats, but easy to love, especially when mixed with crushed ice and coconut milk.
