PrintSugar Rush: Pumpkin Bar at Billy's Bakery

Surprisingly not too sweet, the seasonal pumpkin bar over at Billy's Bakery is tender and soft, gently studded with chopped walnuts, smothered with cream cheese frosting. The texture is gentle, similar to that of a cake mix—though, in my mind, that's not really a bad thing. Adding a cup of hot tea makes for a complete snack, or, as in my case, breakfast.

Woa .. that sounded to be the perfect kind of bar, pumpkin bar to be exact! I should totally give this cube looking pastry a try, but I don't know why I'm just not a big fan of billy's bakery, either the employees are just not to fond of people looking crazy over their dessert goodies or they just had a gloomy day. hmm .. I don't know, what do you guys think?
