The Brooklyn Chocolate Experiment

Nick Suarez and Theo Peck have done cheese events, they've done beer events, but now it's time for chocolate. Amateur cooks will create all manner of chocolatey dishes, and you'll get to sample along with judges Amanda Hesser (Food 52) and Ben Van Leeuwen (Artisan Ice Cream). Two good things—bakeries and nonprofits—come together at Hot Bread Kitchen, where immigrant women congregate to bake and sell their own breads.
