Bid on all of these items, and much more, at Slow Food NYC's online auction, going live right now.

A dozen chefs have donated their cherished kitchen supplies, restaurant staples, and the clothes off their backs, with all proceeds to benefit Slow Food's Harvest Time in Schools program.

• Autographed jacket from Jean Georges Vongerichten
• Tamago-Yaki (seasoned Japanese copper pan) from Chef Peter Hoffman of Savoy and Back Forty
• Bar spoon from cocktail author and expert Dr. Dave Wondrich
• Two Dexter knives from Chef Galen Zamara of Mas (Farmhouse), passed down by his mentor and that chef's mentor before him
• Personal copy of "Mastering the Art of French Cooking" from Chef Alfred Portale (Gotham Bar and Grill)
• Wustoff Chef's Knife from Michael Romano (Union Square Cafe)
• Staub Cocotte from Chef Laurent Tourondel
