2010 Michelin Guide to New York: The Stars Realign
Michelin's 2010 guide to New York won't be released until tomorrow, but here are the highlights:
Three Stars
- Daniel adds a star, bumping it up to three.
- Jean Georges, Le Bernardin, Masa, Per Se all holding strong.
Two Stars
- Corton enters the list at an impressive two stars.
- Alto gets another star, climbing to two.
- Gilt, Gordon Ramsay at the London, Momofuku Ko, and Picholine all stay at two.
The other newbies, after the jump.
One Star
- A Voce, Convivio, Bouley, Kajitsu, Marc Forgione, River Cafe, Rhong-Tiam, Soto, Seasonal, Shalizar, and Sushi Azabu all earn a star.
- Eleven Madison Park finally gets its due.
- And the super-newbies: Marea, Minetta Tavern, Rouge Tomate, and SHO Shaun Hergatt.

It must be the lines. If they allowed reservations, they probably would get a star.
