On Mark Bittman's blog Bitten, Annemarie Conte chats with the man behind Andrew’s Taste-Bud Bursting Local Wildflower Honey, third-generation beekeeper Andrew Coté. Sadly, this hasn't been a good year for the bees, either; "Thirty percent of my usual yield," Coté says. It's a great little profile of another important beekeeper in our New York world. (And no, we're not just linking because of the title: "In New York, Seriously Local Honey.")
