This biopic "traces [chef Daniel Boulud's] path from his family’s farm in the village of St. Pierre de Chandieu to a career as one of America’s most respected chefs and restaurateurs." Presented by NYU's Maison Française, this is the first public screening of the documentary. In French with English subtitles. Followed by discussion with Boulud.
