BZ Grill Coming to Manhattan?

That's what Zach Brooks says on Midtown Lunch. The owner of BZ Grill (my favorite gyro spot in the city) says he's thinking of opening a Manhattan location because rents have decreased so much lately. Oh, please let this happen.
