I'll be re-making this dessert at home. Found on the sweets section of 'ino's menu, the variety of fruit toppings may come and go with the season, but the base elements remain the same. Here a hot slice of rectangular toast is smothered in copious amounts of butter and honey, then topped with fresh macerated blueberries and one lovely spoonful of mascarpone. Definitely not a fork and knife affair—it's best eaten with one hand and mouth wide open, making sure not to let a single blueberry fall by the wayside.
