Photo of the Day: FALAFEL1 License Plate
Of all the vanity plates scooting around these roads, FALAFEL1 might be the best. Ever. Naturally, it belongs to Freddy Zeidaies of The King of Falafel and Shawarma, a popular cart on 30th Street and Broadway in Astoria. Zeidaies was recently named a finalist in the 2009 Vendy Awards for his delicious chickpea fritters.
