Sugar Rush: Po's House Sundae

Posted by Kathy YL Chan, July 17, 2009

20090717-sundae.jpgAt Pó Restaurant, The Pó Sundae is the signature sweet. A chilling scoop of fresh mint gelato, topped with a pour of warm chocolate sauce and cinnamon pine nuts. You get it all in one dessert—hot, thick chocolate, the refreshing spice of mint in frozen form, and the nuts, roasted and gently spiced with cinnamon. I'd gladly eat any of those elements on their own, but together, it's some sort of lovely heaven.
