Butcher Tom Mylan Will No Longer Butcher at Diner, Marlow & Sons/Daughters

After five years, butcher rockstar Tom Mylan is moving on from his roles at Diner, Marlow & Sons (and Marlow & Daughters). Over the weekend, while overseeing the feast of a dead snout-baring animal at 3rd Ward's second Annual Pig Roast, he told Fork in the Road: "I'm quitting! I gave my notice two weeks ago. I'm moving on to start a new entity."

Apparently this new "entity" is a multi-use space in Brooklyn that allows him to do his "own thing." And that thing obviously involves more meat.
