6th Annual Bolivian Parade in Jersey City
Saturday, August 1, starts at 11 a.m.
A parade would not be a parade without food to energize all that marching and dancing. Munch on empanadas and guzzle down Inca Kola at this street celebration. Check out Eating in Translation's photos of last year's event.

Miss Piggy Roast at Klee Brasserie
Sunday, August 1, and every Sunday this summer, 5 to 10 p.m.
When you're done roasting yourself outside, eat a roasted pig. Chef Daniel Angerer will serve the suckling piggies (sourced from small local farms in Pennsylvania) with a goat cheese watermelon salad to start, then a potato and cuke salad, and berry meringue for dessert.
