The second annual Food Network New York City Wine & Food Festival will take place this October 8 to 11. There are many events on the calendar, including another round of the Burger Bash hosted by Rachael Ray, and lectures and culinary demos with various food personalities like Paula Deen, Ming Tsai, and Alton Brown.
