Dessert Photos from Sugar & Whips Event at Astor Center Last Night

Last night, six of Mahattan's top pastry chefs featured their tasty desserts at Sugar & Whips, an event sponsored by the Astor Center and iSi America. Each dessert had an aerated element. The event was only $25, but if you missed out, experience the decadence through these photos. Some versions of the desserts, though not exactly the same, are available at each of the restaurants.
