It's a cake suitable for the warm weather to come—perhaps the "lightest" of the Momofuku Milk Bar cakes. And definitely my new favorite. The Arnold Palmer cake ($5 per slice, or $35 per 6-inch cake).

Start at the bottom. A layer of iced tea-soaked cake, followed by tangy whipped lemon mascarpone cream, almond tea crunch, and iced tea jelly. In the middle: a layer of lemon cake. Repeat with cream, crunch, jelly, and cake. Each layer alone is spectacular. I could imagine the lemon mascarpone smothered over toast for breakfast, the almond tea crunch sprinkled on ice cream in the evenings and the iced tea jelly? I'd just spoon that straight up into my mouth. Combined, they make for one very wonderful creation. I'll take two slices, please!
