The Fulton Stall Market kicked off today with a dozen vendors lined up on South Street between Fulton and Beekman Streets. They will set up all summer long on Fridays and Saturdays between 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Photos from this afternoon, after the jump.

Hoboken Farms had a lot of confident signage. Guaranteed!!! The best mozzarella. Period. The world's best!

They also sold homemade ravioli and other gourmet entrees made from ingredients grown on the farm.

Really good gingersnaps and other baked goods from Breezy Hill Orchard.

Pretty lattice pies too.

Eggs from Knoll Krest Farm.

Pasta, also from the Breezy Hill Orchard/Knoll Krest Farm table.

Produce from Stony Hill Farm Market in Chester, New Jersey.

Greens and dips from Sang Lee Farms.

Fish caught from Long Beach Island, New Jersey. "These guys were swimming yesterday," the guy behind the table said.

We weren't familiar with CupcakExpress and their $4 individually-packaged cupcakes. The lady working the booth recommends cinnamon. Actually, her endorsement was: "If someone had a gun up to my cat and I had to pick a flavor, I'd pick that one."

Yummy Coffee. All of profits generated after taxes go to philanthropies serving the autism community.
