Shake Shack Upper West Side to Sell Corn Dogs

Though they are still perfecting the batter recipe, the Shake Shack UWS team said corn dogs should be on the menu by Memorial Day weekend. The limited edition dogs will reappear as a summer holiday special around July 4 and Labor Day too.
The Upper West Side kitchen has proven to be a flavor lab since opening, first with Lumbershack concretes (made with bacon brittle) earlier this week, and now the meat on a stick.
