PrintNew York Vintners' New BYO Delivery Service
BYO restaurants are great—well, when you know they're BYO ahead of time. When you don't, and there's no nearby liquor store or you just have no clue as to a good pairing, New York Vintners can help. The Tribeca store will deliver wine to your home, office, or one of the featured restaurants, as long as you call at least two hours ahead of time. Right now the service is only available at Kuma Inn, but they're planning to add more restaurants, specifically those located below Union Square. The prices look pretty decent, ranging from $10.99 to $32.99. BYO just turned into MSEBI (Make Someone Else Bring It). A little bit genius, a little bit just lazy.

Great idea. Tried it at Kuma the other night and worked great. We will definitely be using it again.

really? good to known...i just checked out their website and saw new pairings for ivo & lulu and la sirene as well...
