Baked and sold only on Saturdays and Sundays, the fruity cereal cookies at Momofuku Milk Bar are an extra sweet treat. Crisp, near caramelized edges meets a marshmallow-laden center, chewy in all the right ways. With Fruity Pebbles dotted throughout, this just might be the most intense cereal cookie in town. Milk Bar's compost cookie, rich in coffee grounds and pretzels, still ranks highest in my books, but I'd gladly make an extra weekend detour for these babies.

Had this cookie a few times already...love the textural and flavor contrasts. Still love the blueberry, corn and compost cookies but this is definitely up there! My sister from California also loves it!
