Wildwood BBQ Wins Big at 2009 Snowshoe Grilling Challenge

New York City may not be a barbecue town, but we represented last weekend in Abington, Massachusetts, at the 16th annual Snowshoe Grilling Challenge. Pitmaster Big Lou Elrose of Wildwood BBQ in Union Square walked up to the stage three times to claim trophies for: third place in fish, third place in pork loin, and second place in burger. Besides pride, he got some sweet snowshoe trophies.
