Appreciate the link love, but just to be clear, the open-faced non-Kosher bagel delight is to be found in Charlottesville, VA at Little John's Deli. I tried to recreate this bacon-laden delicacy at Ruthy's with little success. That said, the classic lox, cream cheese and tomato on a sesame bagel was a winner!
