Last week, Zach Brooks was a sad man when Momofuku sold its last Bo Ssam package. But he ain't the giving-up type. Combining the powers of pork from Marlow & Daughters plus David Chang's Bo Ssam recipe featured on the Martha Stewart show last week, plus Zach's smooth-talking skills (he convinced Momofuku to sell him a meatless Bo Ssam package) = "the best Super Bowl ever."
Zach was pretty pleased with himself.
