(repression of religious freedom and women's rights, exporting religious fundamentalist terror and repression), Serbia? (slaughter of Bosnian Muslims and Albanians), Croatia? (slaughter of Muslims and ethnic cleansing of Serbs), Basque Spain? (terrorism against civilians); China? (civil rights and religious freedom, Tibet), Russia? (Chechnya, Georgia).
