Artisanal Chef Gives Fondue Tips on CBS 'Early Show'

Some Serious Eaters watching were bewildered by his pronunciation of gouda. ("Gowda") As in gout-a? Hm. CBS has the recipes for his fondues online, including this aged gowda and stout business.
