What was called "a global cheap-eats summit" last year, the Village Voice's Choice Eats is back again to spotlight New York grub celebrated by critics Robert Sietsema and Sarah DiGregorio. Though the event isn't until Tuesday, March 31, the $35 tickets will go on sale tomorrow. (Last year they sold out three weeks in advance.)
