Cassoulet, All the Way: Show up at Jimmy's No. 43 at 43 East Seventh Street, on January 17 from noon to 5 p.m. Cassoulets based on sausages from Greenmarket vendors will be prepared by chefs in a cassoulet cookoff to benefit the Greenmarket program. $20 per person for a tasting, and you can vote for your favorite cassoulet.
