Tom Colicchio Sued by Former Waitress Over Pay
New York Times' City Room reports that celebrity chef Tom Colicchio was sued by a former Craftbar waitress in Federal court on Thursday. The waitress, Nessa Rapone, is accusing his company of "misappropriating employee tips, withholding some overtime pay and sometimes failing to pay minimum wage."
