Marlow & Daughters—the butcher sibling of the Williamsburg meat-focused diner Marlow & Sons—isn't open yet (next Wednesday is the goal), but they will be taking pre-orders for Christmas geese once they are. Yes, you can make Dickens proud, according to Brooklyn Based, though it will probably run you more than seven shillings.
In a text message exchange with Brooklyn Based, head butcher Tom Mylan described himself as a particular animal we hope he's not butchering: “I'm going to be a busy little meat beaver."
