Come watch a 400-pound giant bluefin tuna get hacked! Mitsuwa, the New York–New Jersey area's largest Japanese shopping center, is hosting demonstrations at 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. Saturday, November 8 and Sunday, November 9. Three-dollar Mitsuwa shuttle buses leave every half hour from the Port Authority. Bergen County's blue laws prohibit the sale of alcohol and appliances on Sundays, so be sure to plan accordingly if you intend to replenish your supply.
