Thanksgiving turkey replacement? Yes please.

Personally, eating at a restaurant on Thanksgiving is not something I usually consider. But after seeing the Thanksgiving Bo Ssam Momofuku will be offering for take out, I am considering ordering in! The feast feeds 8, and is available for take out only. The whole thing is similar to the Bo Ssam they offered for the Super Bowl, but all the side dishes are Thanksgiving themed. $285 gets you the whole pork shoulder (with lettuce, kimchi, rice, and sauces), apple stuffing, brussels sprouts, sweet potato puree, kewpie coleslaw, and a cashew blondie pie. Does Momofuku get posted about too much? Yes—but it would be a lot easier not to if they stopped doing amazing sounding stuff like this (and this). www.momofuku.com
