Not to be outdone by Momofuku's take-out Thanksgiving bo ssam, Hill Country has a Thanksgiving feast of their own available for pick up [PDF menu] . For $255, you get a 14-16 pound whole pit-smoked Turkey, cornbread and honey butter, plus a selection of four 32-ounce sides (the texas toast stuffing looks the best to us.) . Two 10" pies are also included in flavors such as ginger snap pumpkin, bourbon pecan or a German chocolatesheet cake. If you are having a smaller group, Hill Country will also be offering a $175 feast, and ala carte items. There is actual turkey involved in this one, so it should be more appealing to Thanksgiving purists (like our own Adam Kuban.) hillcountryny.com
