Eater has released Fergus Henderson's special menus for the Spotted Pig this Sunday, and Momofuku Noodle Bar on Monday. Both nights will feature the famous bone marrow and parsley salad from St. John's Restaurant in London, plus deep fried rabbit, but that's it for the crossover. For warm pig’s head and bean salad, crispy pig tails, lamb brains, and chitterlings you'll have to go to Momofuku; for ox tongue, sweetbreads, pig's ears, and the pot-roast half pig’s head (for 2) it's the Spotted Pig. Which one looks best to you? (I know where I'm going to be.)
